Last Updated: June 13, 2026

Summary: We collect only the information needed to operate the Platform and provide AI-assisted document analysis. We do not sell your data. 3. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

When you submit a document for AI analysis on the cloud-hosted version of the Platform, the relevant document content is transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. This transmission is necessary to generate the requested analysis (e.g., summarization, deposition review, demand letter generation). Anthropic processes this data pursuant to its own data privacy policies and does not use API data to train its models.

For Customers requiring that documents never leave their own infrastructure, a self-hosted deployment option is available under a separate agreement.

4. Data Storage and Security

Customer Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. For cloud-hosted deployments, reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are implemented to protect data, including encrypted authentication tokens, role-based access controls, and rate limiting. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain Customer Data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account termination, Customer Data may be retained for a limited period for backup and legal compliance purposes, after which it will be deleted upon request.

6. Audit Logging

The Platform maintains audit logs of certain actions, including login activity, document analysis requests, and AI use acknowledgments, for compliance and security purposes. These logs are accessible to firm administrators within the Platform.
